Set up to provide empowering boxing classes for women to take care of their bodies and minds.
In understanding the positive link between mental health and fitness, boxing provides a positive health (mental and physical) benefit.
So the aim was to create a community which proactively encourages involvement, inclusivity and support, the boxing babes was set up to break down the barriers and provide a welcoming opportunity for women.
SUPPORT
Boxing Babes is a combination of boxing, fitness and self-defence training, which started in 2022, and has already seen amazing results, incredible support, a growing membership and featured on ITV News.
Nicola, who has been a personal trainer for many years has always focused on empowering women and making them physically and mentally strong.
"Our vision for the classes was to improve the mental health of the participants, who, like us, can struggle with some problems."
CONFIDENCE
Eilish Tierney's boxing journey began in 2020, when she decided to do something about her weight. It was recommended to Eilish that she should try boxing, her incredible transformation has seen her go from 'very unfit' to boxing in organised fights and now helping others achieve with her coaching sessions and classes.
